How to Sign Up

A. For existing customers with ATM/Credit Card linked to banking account(s)
B. For existing customers without ATM/Credit Card linked to banking account(s)
C. For new customers
D. For existing Internet Banking customers who want to pay bills with any credit card
E. For customers without a Maybank account who want to pay bills with any credit card
F. For existing PayBills customers who want Internet Banking services


A. For existing customers with ATM/Credit Card linked to banking account(s)

* Go to any Maybank Automated Teller Machine (ATM).
* At the main menu, select Maybank2u Services.
* Then select Maybank2u Application.
* Key in your own 6-digit Maybank2u.com Personal Identification Number (PIN).
* Key in the same PIN again to confirm your PIN. For security reasons, your PIN will not be printed on the receipt.

How to Login

1. Go to www.maybank2u.com.
2. Select First Time Login.
3. Read the Terms and Conditions carefully and click on the Accept button at the end of the document.
4. The Welcome page will appear. If you do not see this page, there is a possibility that your browser needs to be upgraded.
5. In the Access Number field, enter your ATM/credit card number that you used to apply for your Maybank2u.com PIN at the ATM.
6. Enter the 6-digit Maybank2u.com PIN that you selected and click Activate.
7. A new login screen will appear. Select your preferred username and password. Please use this username and password for all your future access.
8. To pay bills with other credit cards (not Maybank), login and select Add/Remove Credit Card under Online Bill Payment.

Get TAC By SMS!

TAC is a security feature that has been implemented to provide a second layer of protection for online banking transactions, in addition to your Maybank2u.com login Username and Password. 4 STEPS To TAC! Get your TAC by mobile phone (SMS). Simply register your mobile phone number at the ATM (or through Kawanku Phone Banking).   Step 1   Step 2   Easy one-time mobile phone registration! Register your mobile number at the ATM.   Login to Maybank2u with your Username and Password.       Step 3   Step 4   Select "Utilities" and "TAC Request". Click the "Request TAC Now!" button.   Your TAC will be sent via SMS to your mobile phone. (Note: SMS charges are free for a limited period.) TAC TIPS • For convenience, you can request for one TAC and register all your 3rd party account beneficiaries and bills. Subsequently, these registered transactions will not require a TAC. • You do not need to re-register your account beneficiaries and bill payments registered before 7 May 2004. • Your TAC is valid for two hours from the time you begin using it, so you can use the same TAC to perform several transactions. • Your TAC will automatically expire after 24 hours if you do not use it.
